The Project
Clearsolve was contacted by a commercial property management company in Milton Keynes that required urgent clearance works across two vacant commercial units following the end of tenancy agreements.
The project involved:
- A 4,500 sq ft office space
- A vacant ground-floor retail unit
- Tight turnaround times before new tenants moved in
- Large volumes of unwanted furniture and general waste
- Clearance works that needed completing outside normal business hours
The client needed a fast, reliable and fully compliant commercial clearance partner who could complete the works quickly with minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses.
The Challenge
The office unit had been left with a significant amount of unwanted furniture and waste, including:

- Filing cabinets

- IT equipment and electrical waste

- Kitchen appliances and breakroom waste
The retail unit also contained leftover tenant fixtures, damaged display units and bulky waste that needed removing before refurbishment contractors could begin work.
The client was working to a strict deadline and needed both units cleared within 48 hours.
