The Project

Clearsolve was contacted by a commercial property management company in Milton Keynes that required urgent clearance works across two vacant commercial units following the end of tenancy agreements.

The project involved:

• A 4,500 sq ft office space
• A vacant ground-floor retail unit
• Tight turnaround times before new tenants moved in

• Clearance works that needed completing outside normal business hours

The Challenge

The office unit had been left with a significant amount of unwanted furniture and waste, including:

The retail unit also contained leftover tenant fixtures, damaged display units and bulky waste that needed removing before refurbishment contractors could begin work.
