Large-Scale Fly-Tipping Clearance on Farmland in Hertfordshire
The Project
Painesend Farm LLP in Tring, Hertfordshire, contacted Clearsolve following a serious fly-tipping incident on its farmland.
Three substantial piles of waste had been dumped on the property, containing a mixture of builders’ waste – including wood, metal and plastic -alongside general rubbish.
The scale of the incident required machinery to load the waste into bins and onto the collection vehicle. The farm needed a professional clearance company with the equipment and organisation to handle the job efficiently, while providing reassurance that the removed waste would be managed responsibly.
The Challenge
For the farm, this was a significant and unwelcome problem caused by someone else’s illegal dumping.
Clearing the affected areas required coordination of loading machinery, waste containers and transport. With different materials spread across three substantial piles, the team needed to manage the entire clearance thoroughly.

Our Solution
Clearsolve arranged for a grab to be delivered to site to load the fly-tipped materials into bins and onto the collection vehicle.
Bringing the necessary machinery to the farm enabled the team to tackle the volume of waste effectively, removing the wood, metal, plastic and general rubbish from all three piles.
By coordinating the machinery, loading and removal, Clearsolve gave the customer a managed solution to a substantial clearance job.
