The Project

Food Stock Clearance – Clearsolve was contacted by a contract catering company after multiple commercial fridge and freezer units failed overnight at one of its large catering facilities.

The breakdown resulted in a significant quantity of chilled and frozen food becoming unsafe for use, meaning the stock had to be removed urgently so replacement equipment could be installed and the kitchen could return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
