Retail Clearance Project – High Street Fashion Store Clearance, Reading
The Project
Clearsolve was contacted by a retail property management company in Reading that required a full clearance of a vacant high street fashion store following the end of a commercial lease agreement.
The project involved:
- A 6,000 sq ft retail unit
- Large volumes of unwanted shop fittings and fixtures
- Tight deadlines before refurbishment contractors started

The Challenge
The retail unit had been vacated with a substantial amount of waste and unwanted items remaining on site, including:

All waste was removed by fully licensed waste carriers and processed through approved waste management and recycling facilities.

The retail clearance project was completed ahead of schedule within two and a half days.
