Book online or simply call or email us your booking request. We will ask for a photo because it helps us ensure that the right service is booked.

We confirm your booking and the date and time of collection if required. We take payment online or we can send you a secure payment link – your preference

The team collect and take your waste for recycling and safe, compliant disposal. We recycle as much of the waste we collect as possible and we target zero landfill. We take before and after photos to document the safe removal of your waste

You receive a waste transfer note as confirmation of disposal. This is a critical document that is your evidence that you have fulfilled your Duty of Care as a waste producer. It says who has collected your waste and where it has been taken for safe recycling and disposal. Waste Transfer Notes should be kept for 2 years. We can provide copies for you in the future if necessary.
